1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the JD Fashions website and mobile application (the "Platform"), operated by JD Fashions Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being misused.

3. Products and pricing

Products on the Platform are listed by JD Fashions and by independent sellers. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We try to keep listings accurate, but colours, measurements and availability may vary. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will cancel that item and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We accept payment by UPI, credit and debit card, net banking and wallets through our payment partner, and Cash on Delivery where available. Card details are handled by the payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If nobody is available to receive an order, our courier will attempt redelivery before returning the parcel to us.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–7 working days of approval. Certain items, such as innerwear and personalised products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Sellers on the Platform

Independent sellers are responsible for the products they list, including accuracy of descriptions and compliance with applicable law. JD Fashions acts as an intermediary for those listings.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by JD Fashions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.

12. Governing law and contact
